Stop solving the
loudest problem.
Find the right one.
When growth feels harder than it should, it's easy to assume you need more leads, better people, or stronger margins.
But the problem demanding the most attention isn't always the one actually holding the business back.

Something isn't working.
But what?
Maybe revenue feels like a rollercoaster. Maybe you're busy but still not making the money you should be. Maybe the same problems keep showing up meeting after meeting. Maybe too much still depends on you. Or maybe you have plenty of goals, but the urgent stuff keeps winning.
Most owners can name the problems they see.
The harder part is knowing which one is actually creating the constraint.
Because these problems don't happen in isolation. They create each other.
A process problem can look like a people problem. A planning problem can look like a pipeline problem. A profitability problem can send you chasing more revenue when the real issue is the work you're already winning.
Fix the symptom and you'll probably feel better for a while.
Fix the bottleneck and the business changes.
Where is growth
getting stuck?
During the workshop, you'll score your business across five areas that tend to determine whether growth becomes more reliable — or keeps depending on you pushing it forward.
Profit
You're busy, but revenue and margins still don't create enough breathing room — or too much of the work isn't the work you actually want more of.
Pipeline
Referrals used to be enough. The moment things get busy, business development stops.
Problem-Solving
The same annoying issues keep resurfacing. They get discussed, patched, or worked around — but rarely resolved for good.
Process
Too many decisions, approvals, relationships, and next steps still depend on you.
Plan
You know where you want the business to go. But there isn't a written plan the team regularly uses to decide what matters now.
The goal isn't to get a perfect score. It's to see your business more clearly — and figure out where your attention will have the biggest impact.
This isn't a presentation about your business.
You'll work on your business.
We'll use the Five P's to move through three steps:
Diagnose
Separate the symptom from the constraint. Score your business across all Five P's and identify the areas throwing the biggest warning signals.
Decide
Figure out what deserves your attention first. We'll pressure-test what you're seeing so you don't walk out with ten priorities competing for your attention.
Act
Choose the next move. Turn the diagnosis into one or two concrete actions you can take back to the business immediately.
You and your team do the work. The point of the workshop is to make sure you're working on the right thing.
Ninety minutes.
A much shorter list.
- A scored Five P's assessment of your actual business
- A clearer picture of where growth is getting stuck
- A better understanding of what may be underneath the problem you're seeing
- One or two priorities worth your attention now
- Concrete actions to take in the next 48 hours
- Perspective from a small room of owners dealing with many of the same growth challenges
Not a list of things you already know you "should" be doing.
A clearer answer to: What do we fix first?
Built for businesses that have already
built something worth growing.
This workshop is designed for owners and leaders of established, relationship-driven businesses — particularly:
Contractors · Specialty Trades · Wealth Managers · Real Estate Brokers · Insurance Brokerages · Professional Services
Your business has a good reputation. You have customers. People refer you. But growth still feels more dependent on you, referrals, or sheer effort than you'd like.
If you're trying to turn a good reputation into more reliable revenue, you'll fit right in.
Better growth doesn't always
start with more activity.
A consistent outbound cadence focused the team on the sales activities that actually moved revenue.
A tighter conversion process helped turn more opportunities into recurring revenue.
Messaging and the sales process were rebuilt around what customers were actually responding to. Revenue followed.
"We had always just waited for business to come to us. Now we are actively pursuing."
Hi, I'm Christy.
I'm a sales and growth consultant with 20 years of experience — from launching products for startups and Fortune 500 companies to helping small businesses build more intentional, sustainable ways to grow.
Today I work primarily with relationship-driven businesses that have built a strong reputation but don't want growth to depend on the owner personally pushing every lever.
My role in the room isn't to hand you a generic growth plan. It's to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and help you distinguish the problem making the most noise from the one actually worth solving.
Eight seats. Ninety minutes.
One thing worth fixing first.
Come spend lunch working on the business instead of getting pulled around by everything happening inside it.
