Weekly Check-In

Every Sunday you submit a short form: wins, priorities, what you're avoiding, where you need help. Reflection creates focus. It also makes the avoidance visible, which is where the real work starts.

Personal Coaching

Before every session, you'll get specific guidance on your pipeline, your prospects, and the deals you're trying to move right now with a customized video message based on your check-in. This might include: how to approach a prospect, what to say in a difficult conversation, how to follow up without being annoying.

The Sales Sprint

90 minutes of protected sales time. A short lesson, one commitment per person, then everyone mutes and gets to work. Christy stays on Zoom. You leave having actually moved deals forward, not just talked about. If you get stuck, unsure of what to say or how to move something forward, you can ask in the chat and get guidance in real-time.
